Strategy statistics

The "Overview" tab is where a strategy pays you back. Once you've attached trades, it turns them into performance and rule-compliance insights — all calculated only from trades that use this strategy.

If you haven't attached any trades yet, you'll see "No trades yet. Assign this strategy to trades to see statistics."

• "Net P&L" — total profit or loss across all trades using this strategy.
• "Trades" — number of trades.
• "Win Rate %" — percentage of trades that closed in profit.
• "Profit Factor" — gross profit ÷ gross loss. Above 1.0 means the strategy is profitable overall.
• "Avg R:R" — average reward-to-risk ratio across all trades.
• "Expectancy" — average expected profit or loss per trade, based on win rate and average winner/loser size.​

• "Average Winner" / "Average Loser" — average profit on winning trades / average loss on losing trades.
• "Largest Profit" / "Largest Loss" — your single best and worst trade on this strategy.
• "Total R Multiple" — the sum of all R multiples: total profit or loss expressed relative to your initial risk.​

The "Cumulative P&L" chart plots your running profit and loss over time, by trade entry date — a quick read on whether the strategy's equity curve is trending up.

This is what sets a strategy apart from a tag. TradeTrack compares results based on how well you followed your own rules:

• "Rules followed" — win rate among trades where ≥70% of rules were followed.
• "Rules skipped" — win rate among trades where less than 70% were followed.
• "Per-rule follow rate" — how often each individual rule was followed.​

💡 The gap between "Rules followed" and "Rules skipped" is the real verdict on your discipline. A big positive gap means your rules work and following them pays — a strong reason to stick to the plan.

The "Time of Day" section breaks performance down by clock and by session:

• "Performance by hour (local time)"
• "Performance by session"​
