TradeLocker is widely used by prop firms. TradeTrack connects through the TradeLocker API: you enter your credentials once, then trades flow into your journal. File import is not supported for TradeLocker—you must use integration or manual journaling.

Step 8. Keep sync running
By default, trades can auto-sync on weekdays (Mon–Fri), often every hour; some accounts let you change the interval (15, 30, or 60 minutes). Use Get new trades anytime for a manual sync. Get live orders may be available for open positions on your account page.

After sync
Duplicate trades already in the journal are skipped.
Security
TradeTrack uses your credentials only to sync trades—it cannot place, change, or close orders in TradeLocker. Credentials are stored securely (see the privacy policy). If you change your TradeLocker password, reconnect the account in TradeTrack.
